Questions owners ask
How soon after month end will I get them?
Within 14 working days of month end. In between, Total Clarity shows current trading, clearly labelled as live or estimated.
Can you report by job, branch or product?
Yes, where the data supports it. Job and product margin is often where the biggest improvements are found.
What if I don’t have a budget?
We build one with you. Without one, “are we doing well?” has no answer.
Are these the same as year-end accounts?
No. Year-end accounts are a legal requirement looking back. Management accounts are for running the business.
